Unable to Sync Google Calendar with BlackBerry Curve

Hello experts,

I am using a BlackBerry Curve 8830 and I am trying to sync my calendar to Google Calendar. I've been trying for the past weeks and even tried removing the battery on my device, but it didn't help. Nothing happened if I connect my device to my computer and start synchronizing.

What should I do to fix this? Do I need a new mobile phone to sync my calendar?

Unable to Sync Google Calendar with BlackBerry Curve

On your blackberry you need to select Options/Advanced Options/Default Services  You can see the two options CIMIE and the CICAL.These are being related to the email address calendar that you are going to use. Hence the default calendar is the main calendar through which all the information goes through. Now go to the options/Calendar Options on that very first page. You will find the bold type calendar, the calendar that is being listed in the email calendar. Now you need to click on that calendar and make sure that the sync is off and at the bottom. You can check for wireless off and number of entries.
