Unable to receive external emails in Exchange
We recently moved to MS Exchange under a new ISP. We still have our old static IP address so we have two. I do not have enough experience with MS Exchange and I really need help on configuring it correctly. I entered the new static IP address data into our firewall and router which enabled us to access the internet. However, we cannot receive external emails. The internal email is working properly such as sending and receiving mails. I checked and re-checked MS Exchange properties and could not find anything wrong. Can someone help me on this?
