I can’t perform RDP on my computer with Windows 7 Pro as my operating system. It seems that the Remote Desktop Services from its service.msc is missing. I know I haven’t deleted or done something that will affect the system of my desktop.

I also can’t restore my system because I am receiving error when trying to restore it. Can somebody please tell me the solutions for this so that the service will restore and run into my system properly? Please, I really need your help. Thanks a lot.

This problem can’t be fixed by a simple disk check with any third party disk utility application. Maybe when your operating system was installing it encountered a data error while reading the source disc and as a result Windows has incomplete components and some problems are occurring on some parts of the operating system.

Since your operating system seems to be incomplete and doing a system restore even gives an error, the best solution to restore the whole system back to its default is to format your hard drive and install Windows again.

Before doing the installation check the installation disc if it has some scratches on the data side. This is probably the cause why your operating system looks incomplete and some functions give you errors.

If the disc has deep scratches, obtain another copy of the disc so you won’t end up having problems with your operating system again.
