Hello,

This error appears when I want to install Wifi driver for my laptop. I have to install again the drivers because my Windows was repaired and I don’t have any driver installed. Can anyone tell me now why I have this error? Is not compatible with my new Windows?

Hi Taylor,

I have read your problem.  As you cannot install the driver from the setup file, I want to suggest you some alternatives. I can give you two solutions to this problem.

Solution 1: Run Windows Update. Windows Update generally contains many software and driver updates. For example, if you update Windows, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi driver, graphics driver, audio driver and many other drivers are installed on your PC.  After running Windows Update, you will be shown a list of updates. From the list, select the Wi-Fi driver update if it’s available there. Otherwise, update all. Try this. For most of the cases, this solves the problem. However, sometimes the driver from the Windows Update may not be supported. So if this does not solve your problem, try solution 2.

Solution 2: Install Iobit Driver Booster. It updates your PC with drivers. Here’s the link to download Iobit Driver Booster: https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php
