Unable to Install Two DC on Same Domain

I am trying to install 2 DC’s on a same domain for education reason. For the very first DC, everything went quite smoothly but when I tried to get done with the second DC, it results me with the following error message. 

Active Directory Domain Services Installation Wizard 

An active Directory domain controller for the domain globomantics .com could not be contacted. 
Ensure that the DNS domain name is type correctly. 
If name is correct, then click Details for troubleshooting information.

Unable to Install Two DC on Same Domain

Active Directory Installation Wizard believes on a set of configuration in Windows 2000 Server application on which adds DNS registration and resolution, LDAP query and response, Kerberos authentication, Active Directory replication, FRS replication, and the application of Group Policy objects but this information consists some general guidelines for troubleshooting problems related to the Active Directory Installation Wizard.
