Unable to import illustration.eps in illustrator

Hello Experts,

I can’t open the illustration.eps that was created by other application. I open it in illustrator CS3, but import error surprise me. Tried to have scan to my PC but no error found. Help me open this file in another application.

That to me does not look like an error with the application that you are trying to open the file with, but an error with the directory path to the file that you are trying to open. Something might have happened and affected the path to the file that you are trying to open:

• You may have moved the file to its initial location to another.
• The file may have deleted and therefore is not in the directory that you are trying to access.

In case the problem is with the application that you installed, then it could be possible that the file format that the file has been saved in cannot be recognized by the newly installed application. You will need to change the file format to one that can be recognized by that application.
