Unable to connect to internet few times

Hi you all,

I am having new model Acer Aspire E1-522 NX.M81SI.010 Laptop and windows 7 on it.

Sometimes I am unable to connect to the internet. I checked in some other devices like tablet and Smart phones. In that it is showing connected to the internet. But in my laptop, it is not connected and showing me as offline. My drivers and everything is up-to-date. Again, I have to restart my laptop after that it is connecting to the internet.

What might be the problem here? Can I find out the solution without shutdown the laptop? Please someone give me a solution for this issue? Thanks in advance for your kind help.

Hello Glenn,

First check the power setting of the wireless adaptor, Generally it is disabled to conserve energy. Check your power options.

Follow below steps

– Power options: Plan should set to Balance – > Change plan settings –> change advance power settings –> Click on the + sign and expand the Sleep settings –> click on sleep and see hybrid sleep is set to on, if not set it to on
– click on wireless adapter setting and set power plan to Maximum Performance

See if it works!!

To be really sure you should  uninstall your current drivers even if it's up-to-date and reinstall the latest drivers again.
