Unable to communicate with the HP scanning software

I am attempting to scan my few documents but each time an error message comes which you can see in the below attached image. I do not want to see this damage error please help me. I will be thankful to you

Unable to communicate with the HP scanning software. Please verify that it has been installed and is working properly. If this problem persists, please shut down your application and try again

Unable to communicate with the HP scanning software

You can resolve this issue by following these steps given below.

1  Download the utility software which is compatible with your Officejet wireless device.

2  Make sure your computer meets the system requirements.

3  Run the Scan Diagnostic Utility by following the instructions.

4  You have to select your HP product in the Scan Diagnostic Utility from the printer's column.

5  You must reinstall the HP software, if your product is not listed.

6  Then click Diagnose to resolve the various scanning problems.

7  When you have completed the diagnostic process then Restart your computer for best effect.
