Unable to Change System Time on Hp Compaq dc7700

I bought new HP Compaq dc7700 Convertible Minitower 3 days ago. After using it for a couple of days, for some reasons the system’s time keeps reverting even after setting it again. I’ve tried changing batteries but the problem still remains. Can someone provide me with solutions to this problem? Thanks in advance to those who can help me solve my problem.

Unable to Change System Time on Hp Compaq dc7700

There are many reasons behind this sometimes the server re-sync to other ntp source or there can be problem with Daylight saving time or time zone issue. You should click start, go to control panel,change the time from there and reboot your pc. If you  still having the same problem than you should change the time from bios, press f2 in boot it will take you to bios or try any other way which you prefer to go to bios. Then change the time from there and reboot your pc. But if you are working under any administrator then you cannot change.Because then that will be under administrators authority that, he/she is giving you rights or not.
