Hi Professionals,

I am using this GIF Animator frequently. Suddenly I am facing this error in Animator. This error is completely new to me, how to handle this error? For your information, the animator closes after it encounters an error. Someone could help me to solve this error. Thanks for your help.

Ulead GIF Animator has encountered a problem

To resolve this, try the following workarounds below:

1. If you are running Windows XP, you need to set the compatibility to run it on Win 98. To do this, simply right-click on the Ulead icon and then click on Properties and then set its Compatibility.

2. Go to the Ulead System folder under the Program Files. Then go to Ulead GIF Animator and VIO folder. Remove the VIO files. You need to do remove it one by one until Ulead runs again without getting the same issue. This is most likely due to a codec issue since Ulead GIF Animator conflicts with codecs.
