I was running True Crypt in-place decryption of a hidden system partition. Then I got an error message:

Note: If you want to decrypt the decoy system partition, boot the decoy

If you want to decrypt the portion to make free space than you can format the partition suing the fallowing term that is format / remove. This faction will make some free space the environment. If the above function didn’t work than go through the fallowing steps.

  1. Mount your TrueCrypt volume.
  2. Move all files from the TrueCrypt volume to any location outside the TrueCrypt volume (note that the files will be decrypted on-the-fly).
  3. Dismount the TrueCrypt volume.
  4. If the TrueCrypt volume is file-hosted, delete it (the container) just like you delete any other file.

Hope this will help you.
