Hello everybody,

I am facing few issues to exercise Outlook. I need assistance can somebody help me? 

Troubleshoot common Outlook 2007/ 2010 troubles with this Open Microsoft Tool.

If you see the image I don’t know why those error messages came and why they appear?

Troubleshoot common Outlook 2007/ 2010 troubles

Dear Nicko,

The above snap you attached which shows the errors are due to the outdated version of the Microsoft Office. You must update your current Microsoft Office version and you will get rid of these errors. Only Update will solve your problem. To update please see below snap attached.

Hi Nicko,

It appears that the tool is not officially released by Microsoft. If that update is critical for your usage in Outlook, I strongly suggest that you completely uninstall you MS Office, and perform a fresh install. That normally resolves such kind of errors. But if you're not comfortable doing the fresh install, try looking for solution in here http://support.microsoft.com/find-solutions/office/outlook/

Troubleshoot common Outlook 2007/ 2010 troubles

Hello Nicko Stone,

Firstly, make sure your Operating System service pack is supported by this tool.

Because Outlook might support older version but some new tools are usable with new versions only.

From the screenshot it shows that you don't have latest Office update installed and current version doesn't support this Outlook tool.

System requirements-

Before you install, make sure that your computer meets the following OCAT system requirements,

Supported operating systems
Windows 7
Windows Vista Service Pack 2
Windows XP Service Pack 3

The following versions of Outlook are supported:
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
Microsoft Outlook 2010 (32-bit or 64-bit)
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 or higher
.NET Programmability Support (as part of your Microsoft Office installation)
