HI folks, this is simply irritating, whenever I try to open Trillian Astra error message pops up and there it stops to run further. This message also pops up with other programs like iTunes too. My system is upgraded and it has all minimum requirements. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I think that’s the reason why you keep on getting that error when running any programs on your computer. At first, I thought only Trillian Astra was affected until you mentioned iTunes that also throws up the same error. If you upgraded your operating system let’s say from Microsoft Windows Vista to Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows 7 to Microsoft Windows 8, you should always reinstall all your programs so they can be activated on the new operating system.
If you don’t reinstall them after the upgrade, it’s like they are all in hibernate state. They will not work even if they are pretty compatible with the new operating system. If you have bunch of computer programs installed, I don’t think you have a choice but to go on each of them and uninstall and install it again.
To fix your problem with Trillian Astra, uninstall it, restart your computer, and install it back. The same with iTunes if this is also happening. Uninstall iTunes, restart your computer, and install it back. It would also be a plus if you install the latest version instead of the same version.
