Hi,

When I tried to open Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2012 I encountered the following error message. How can I fix this error? I have tried the solution from the internet but could not find any result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The reason you can't open Autodesk is because it is not directly supported from Navisworks. What you need to do is to go to the Autodesk website https://360.autodesk.com/Authentication/Authenticate and download Navisworks.

If you are using Autodesk Sync to send your drawings to Autodesk 360, it will not really work with Navisworks. Right now, it only works with AutoCAD 2013 and 2014, Inventor, and Showcase.

Please note that Autodesk 360 is not meant to work like your server. It is meant for people like you to share projects there and to be able to collaborate.
