Thumbnails to Default Setting Problem

My problem regards an attachment that appears as thumbnails instead of the default view. Is anyone able to tell me how can I define the setting?

Hi Bobbye,

So it would be hard for us where to start with this issue that you got. Is this an attachment from an email client? Or you are pertaining to a totally separate application? Where do you see this thumbnail view that you are talking about? It would really help if you can add more contexts to what your issue is.
