Is there a Mac recovery data from damaged dvd

My child was playing the DVD's at home when he accidentally stepped into a dvd where I have burned my wedding videos and I was not able to save it somewhere. The DVD is not broken or something but it does not play anymore. I was trying to see if I can retrieve the video using my computer. Is there a mac recovery data from damaged dvd that I can run on my Mac computer?

Seagate File Recovery is a software recommendable for recovering lost files. By using this application you can easily recover any file of any format,regardless it's a movie file, a database file, or you can also recover any document files. this program supports only windows FAT 12, FAT 16, FAT 32 and NTFS file systems. Much less it's able to recover your accidentally deleted files even if they do not exist in Recycle Bin.
