I installed the software antivirus and periodically scanned. But I am still unsure if my computer is safe from spy. Even though I have not found the virus but is it possible my computer is still in the spy. How do we know the computers on the LAN in the spy?

Spyware is a kind of program which attached to your operating system in infamous way.  Spyware is created to send you some undesirable sale offers or produce traffic to their own host website or capture your internet usage habits.

The processing power of your computer could be absorbed by this Spyware program. Spyware would slow down the Execute/ Run/ Open of your application programs therefore if your computer runs slowly, a Spyware might be hooked on your computer.

How to know if PC is safe from Spyware

 

Even though you have scan regularly there should be some spy in the system, in order to check this use register booster software and it will clean all internal spy and removes all unwanted files from the system.
