Hello friends,

There are some compatibility issue with Samsung story game. My Samsung Galaxy Y is having a problem with those story games, after an hour or two the game will automatically reset the mobile phone device. And a possibility not saving the game progress, I want to fix this issue with your help. I also want to know the main cause of this problem.

There are some compatibility issue with Samsung story game.

Hi there Ava:

Check your memory usage. If the phone resets after few hours, all the saved game will be deleted (not just the story mode games but all saved games).

You may also check the option of the story game you stated. It could be the game loads saved games by way of story mode. If the story mode option is available, you must enable it.
