I want to know if there is some kind of evil island windows 7 patch, so i can play the game? It is very old game, and maybe this is the actual reason why it cannot run on windows 7?

There is no patch available for the game. The game should work with Windows 7 normally. Could you please elaborate exactly what happens when you try installing the game?

Hi dear, do not feel panic finding evil island windows 7 patch. You can still play the game designed for other Windows versions. Windows 7 is combined with previous versions of Windows operating system. If you have the game designed for other versions then right clicks on the game and click on “Troubleshoot compatibility”.  You will get many more option to run the game. Try at different compatibility mode. I hope you will success.
