How to put excel spreadsheet win7 gadget?
The Windows 7 desktop gadget can be viewed automatically in your desktop and can be considered as a shortcut for your important event calendar, clock and more.
I would like to add my Microsoft Excel spreadsheet application in the desktop gadget but how?
Please share some tips on how to perform the task.

Well Excel spreadsheet Windows 7 Gadget is a great desktop tool for various internal tasks.
You can download it directly from the Desktop Gadget Gallery in Windows 7.
Then you need to Double click on the excel icon and the gadget will be added.
Once added run it in your desktop and configure the gadget to show whatever information you want.

I'll give you a step by step process on how to download the gadget and put in in your desktop.
First, right click on any area in your desktop. You will find a dialog box like the image below.
Click on the "Gadgets" tab. Once you click it, another window will open that would look like the following image.
The contents inside this gallery will differ for different computers. If you cannot find the Excel Spreadsheet Windows 7 gadget in your computer's gallery, just click on the link on the lower right of the window that says "Get more gadgets online".
You will then be redirected to a website where you can choose from a selection of free gadgets offered by Microsoft. Just download the gadget and then it will automatically appear in your gallery the next time you open it.
Once you find the gadget in your gallery, just double-click the gadget and it will automatically appear in your desktop. Mouse over the gadget and you will find a button for the settings and another button to close it. You are now free to customize the gadget as much as you like.
