I am using the Hotspot Shield software to connect the VPN of the organization I am working. It is frequently giving me ‘Hotspot Shield error code 1013’ on the screen. Also, the PC stops working for a count of seconds in between. What is this error?

Check if you had a smooth download and installation of the Hotspot Shield software. Error 1013 can occur if the download was corrupt or installation was not complete.
