Technical support on rewriting rewritable dvd

Hi,

If you want to rewrite a DVD you have to erase it first. You may follow the process to rewrite the DVD:

1. Open the DVD and take a backup of your earlier data. Because single data on the DVD cannot be deleted, you have to erase the whole disc. You will get them to write with your new data.

2. Erase the DVD (go to My Computer-writeable drive-from the toolbar select Erase this disc followed by the Erase Disc Wizard) and make it ready for rewrite (open and close it).

3. Now use your burning program to rewrite it. You can write different types of data and video on your DVD which depends on your burning program.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks
