Depending upon the usage there are two solutions to your problem.

First.

1. Close the TeamViewer application.
2. Open the start menu. Go to the Run dialogue box and type “%appdata%”.
3. Search for the TeamViewer folder and delete all of its files and folders.
4. If you are using Wi-Fi, try changing the IPv4 address of your computer.
5. Now restart your computer and start the TeamViewer application once more.

Second (Windows 7 or Vista users)

1. Turn off the User Access Controls (UAC)
2. Now run the command called “msconfig” from the Run dialogue box.
3. A dialogue box will appear. Under the Tools tab, look out for a button to ON/OFF UAC. Switch this button to appropriate position.

Now restart your system and try running the TeamViewer application.
