Tarpaulin Printer printing 3 parallel lines vertically

Last day when printing 4.2 fee x18 feet tarpaulin I notice that there where 3 parallel lines printed at about 4 feet area of the tarpaulin. I just try to observe and let the printing continuous to see if the line stops.

The line doesn’t stop so I decided to stop the printing and tried another one.

Still, I got the same output at the same location.

The line looks like watermark on the image.

Please help.

The printer doesn’t printed all the colors needed on that part that’s why it generates an illusion that there are lines printed on it or a watermark-like lines on the image.

Before we have to work on the machine, let’s check first the image that you are printing. It is easy to detect the problem if you still having the Photoshop image because most of the image printed on the tarpaulin are created in Photoshop.

Open the image in Adobe Photoshop and insert a background layer with black background color. Unhide all layers then one by one make the layer visible. Sometimes when we are cutting image we left some mess especially white backgrounds and setting the opacity will mark this image as a line when printing. Checking all layers one at a time will clearly seen a white image in a black background. If found one delete the layer or just remove the white space the save your image and then print.

One more factor of this output is the dirty film of the machine. Wipe the film just in the run way of the printer head that looks like a transparent film strip in black color with a tissue paper gently in one direction to avoid damage on the film.

After cleaning, reprint the image.
