First of all you need to uninstall startup programs or remove startup programs from startup folder.

My Computer>local derive C>documents and setting >administrator(or name on which window register)>start menu>programs>startup

For example yahoo , gmail and any other program, it may b cause for restart your system.

Secondly:

And clean the yellow stuff (the pins) with a rubber

Thirdly:

Change you RAM with other one. Because sometime system reboot due to some problem in RAM. If you will see that problem not solve then you need to change the DIMM slot to the other that not used.

Let see if that work or not.

One more thing, reset the BIOS setting with the jumper.

This is most likely caused by overheating in your computer. Your computer may be running to hot which results to it restarting. This is a safety measure employed by the computer to prevent any further damage to the computer especially on the hardware. Make sure your computer has enough cooling and make sure the inside of the tower is clean and dust free or at least has minimal amount of dust in it. Make sure you clean the heat sink and fan assembly as well and don’t forget to add a thermal compound to it to make heat transfer better.
