Hi

The solution to this problem is that you anti-virus has been blocking such sort of things and it detect that there is some error in the file and therefore a pop up message has been arising so you need to check you anti-virus setting:

1. First go to the anti-virus and close all the application of the anti-virus and then check if this will run or not. Hope this will run and no error message will come up with pop up message so try this one solution and you will get rid of the problem.

2. One more thing which is making me confuse as you have select the option of anti-virus in question so is this problem is arising in installing your anti-virus or some other software this solution is for other software’s

If you encounter this error, see if it’s only a glitch. Restart your computer then run Symantec Endpoint Protection again. See if the error comes back. If it appeared again, follow this. Click “Start”, “Run” then type without quotes “regedit” then hit Enter. Locate this location in the registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management]. Next, click “Edit” then point to “New” and then select “DWORD Value”.

Type without quotes “PoolUsageMaximum” then hit Enter. Once it is created, right-click “PoolUsageMaximum” then select “Modify”. Under “Base”, select “Decimal” and then enter without quotes “60” in “Value data” field then click “OK”. Again, click “Edit” then point to “New”, and then select “DWORD Value”. Type without quotes “PagedPoolSize” then hit Enter. Once it is created, right-click “PagedPoolSize” then select “Modify”.

Under “Base”, select “Hexadecimal” and then enter without quotes “FFFFFFFF” in “Value data” field then click “OK”. After this, close the registry editor and run Symantec Endpoint Protection. See if it works. If the problem continues, reinstall Symantec Endpoint Protection.
