Hi to everyone,

A problem with spyware virus cleaner tool. What is the main cause of the spyware virus cleaner tool problem? It doesn’t scan and detect errors anymore. I know there is something wrong with the application or tool. Please help me resolve this issue. It has to be active and must protect my computer system. My OS is Windows XP.

I believe I can help you with the solving of your question. What you need to do in this case is to go to the registry (Start->Run->type 'reg-edit')

Navigate to the H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESpyware cleaner tool

Delete all the files under that folder.

These files under the directory may be corrupted.

Try and reinstall the software and it should work.
