SurfStarts suddenly Unexpected error occurred

Time after time I use SurfStarts. It is a website log analyzer that gives all surfing statistics for a user. One time when I used it I got this error message saying SurfStarts encountered an unspecified error. I am confused, if the error is unspecified, how do I solve it?

SurfStarts suddenly Unexpected error occurred

I can’t seem to find your program from any of my search results. I’m not sure if it is a new application or maybe a not so popular and less used program. Anyway, since you were able to successfully use it before and there seems to be no problem, just try restarting the application.

Click OK when you see that message again, exit the program, and then start it up again. See if this works. In case not, try reinstalling. Uninstall the program, restart your computer then install it again. If ever it still doesn’t work, try upgrading it to the latest version. Use the program’s built-in Update function to check and download the update.

If you can’t do it from within the interface, try downloading the new version manually. Visit the program’s home page using your web browser then check if a new version is available and then download it. Once downloaded, uninstall the old version from your computer then run the just downloaded file.
