Since the problem occurred during the installation because setup required to download a file, make sure your computer is connected to the internet before starting the installation. If you encountered the error again in the future, click Cancel. Check your internet connection first and fix it if there is no connection. Open a website using your web browser to verify that the connection is working.

Once the connection is fixed, restart the installation. You should be able to download the file and complete the installation. If there is no longer a problem in the connection but you are still unable to download the file during setup, try adding the installer or the setup file in your antivirus’ exclusion list so it won’t be monitored during the real-time scan and then restart the installation.

If this doesn’t work, disable or deactivate your antivirus temporarily and then restart the installation. If the installation still won’t push through, while your antivirus is disabled, add the setup file to the exclusion list of the Windows Firewall. To do this, click Start, Control Panel, and then double-click Windows Firewall. In Windows Firewall screen, select Exceptions tab. Click Add Program then select Browse.
