Hi, I understand the problem you are facing, and this error occurs when you have tried multiple times to install specific software. When you try to install something, and if it does not turn out to be successful, you must first delete all the files related to that software which got downloaded in the previous attempt. Not doing so, you will not be able to download the AVG antivirus software.

• Hence, first use this link to install the AVG Remover tool and delete all the files related to the incomplete installation of AVG software.

• Now to reboot your PC, you must restart your computer and when you see the Windows screen, press F8 using your keyboard.

• You will see some boot options.

• You must use your arrow keys to navigate through the options and select Safe Mode with Networking.

• Press the Enter key to enter boot.

• Go to C drive and using your mouse, right-click on the AVG folders you see there and select Delete option.

• I advise you to reboot your PC again. However, this time in Normal mode only.

• Next step is to download the AVG software again using this link.

That’s an internal error triggered by the installer. If this error is preventing you from installing AVG Internet Security, first, check the system requirements again and make sure your computer meets those requirements. AVG Internet Security supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. If you meet the requirements, make sure there are no other AVG products installed on your computer.

Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select an AVG product among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.

This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then restart the computer. After booting, download the free trial of AVG Internet Security. Note: before installing AVG Internet Security, uninstall all AVG products with Revo Uninstaller.
