Steam_api Dll Is Missing Skyrim

I installed Skyrim and then when I tried to run Steam I get the error message steam_api dll is missing skyrim. I do not have a lot of experience with adding mods to my games and I am afraid that I have corrupted my Steam Client? Is this the case?

Steam_api Dll Is Missing Skyrim

A lot of gamers like to mod their games. Some find it interesting and use it as a hobby. One must be careful while installing mods as they can break the game if installed incorrectly. This is one of the most common errors that modders get when the try and mod games from Steam.

In your case, however, I think you have done everything correctly. Your steam file must have gotten deleted by the anti-virus or something. In order to remove the error, simply make sure that the cracked steam client files are copied along with Skyrim. Once you do this, this error should disappear like magic.
