Hello,

I am getting this error message when I try to log in upon launch of AVA through Steam. I am running Windows XP Operating System and trying to resolve this issue. I need your assistance to fix this error. Please help me. Thanks.

The steam session ticket has been expired. Please restart steam launcher again.

Hello,

The solution to your session ticket error is given below:_

1. Close Steam and run it as administrator.

2. Then run AVA as administrator.

If the above doesn't work please disable your UAC( User Account Control). The steps of doing it are given below:-

1. Go to your control panel.

2. Select user accounts.

3. Choose Turn User Account Control On or Off.

4. Uncheck Use User Account Control to protect your computer.

5. Restart your computer.
