SSL error with MS KB2585542 installed

Hi All,

I get this

(error 800CCC12) (mails are not sent)

We installed the new patch thats released via WSUS and started getting this.

Please suggest

SSL error with MS KB2585542 installed

The above message is display only when you use KOFF to send emails and they are not sent so it display the error message that you have specified. This occurs only if you have the latest 7.3.1 with patch 1 installed.

This is because the KOFF is being changed with the new windows update but that same change is not made in the KOFF server online resulting in this error. So here are the possible solutions that you can work on.

Go to http://www.kerio.com/connect/download and install the latest Kerio Connect 7.3.1 with patch version 2 or newer is there is any. Try to update all the connectors. Before doing this remove any previous installations of this and run the Ccleaner. I am advising every new user to use this software as it is very handy and I am using it for over 4 years without a single problem or reinstall of the Windows.
