The other day spybot was working fine, I thought it was still running fine but when I tried to open it, it gives me this error about dll file, should I uninstall it and get a much better protection?

Maybe your files have corrupted? Try uninstalling and install it again. Note that after you have uninstalled the software; make sure that there are no remaining fragments on the registry, and everywhere. You could use software that can do this task. If this doesn’t work, there is a possibility that your DelZip179.dll is corrupted and already damaged. If this is the case, try sending an email to the Spybot support. Their email is [email protected] or visit their web site
There are a lot of people asking help for the same problem. Others just contacted the distributor of the software using the above email and website and their problems were solved. I hope this could help you in a way.
