Hello there,

This is the most recent error that I have on my phone. I don’t know why the download interrupts every time. My phone supports 4G connection and I expect to work perfect. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What is happening ?

Hello Fred,

You might want to try another area and see if your phone will accept calls. The area of the highest Sprint reception would be an optimal place to try. Once you are able to get phone reception in another area, bring your phone back and try again. It could be that your phone needs to be turned off from 4g service to 3g. You may wish to confirm your service with Sprint.
