Verizon modem fails to connect to Access manager

Hello experts,

This is the error that appears every time I want to connect to the Internet using my modem. This error appeared today for the first time the reinstall of the driver is not helping. Can anyone help me please with this error ?

Hello Michael,

The VPN needs to be installed. If you click on Menu, followed by Setting and Install enhanced application. This will enable the installation. Next put in the VPN application path in the field which is designated VPN application name. Next, place the VPN application parameters in the VPN parameters field. Finally click on save settings.Hope this helps.
