I have a problem with a video game, the Splinter Cell Conviction. The particular problem occurs after I run the game, even though the installation process was in order. The error message I’m getting is this: “
Ubisoft Game Launcher error:
Error code 2.OK

First, Uninstall the Ubisoft Game Launcher.
Again reinstall the Game Launcher from the game's folder. Make sure that the UbisoftGameLauncher is fully removed from these locations, before installing it again. Did you download this game from Steam ? STEAM's path should be something similar like this e.g.: C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppsCommonThe Settlers 7RedistGameLauncherUbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe.
OR, you can reinstall the 'GameLauncher' software from here:

If the above methods still don't work, then you can also try deleting the 'Registry' entries of the Launcher, and then do a reinstall of the Game Launcher file. (i.e. remove it from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeUbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher, or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREUbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher.)
Otherwise, this error can be happened for missing a file in the game that is ubiorbitapi_r2.dll (most of the times this file it's recognized as a virus, but it is not) and suddenly your antivirus delete it. What I recommend is you download the file and paste it into the place you install the game. You can download here:

I have had this exact same problem with this game! I did the following to fix it, Lets hope it´s solves your problem,
You have to delete a file named host in the following folder, C:/windows/system32/ drivers/
You better make a backup file just incase!
Let me know if you need anything else!
To solve this problem:
1. Try to re-install with “SteamsteamappscommonFar Cry 3SupportGameLauncher” this installer.
2. Press “Windows+R” to open regedit.
3. Then delete “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeUbisoftLauncher”
4. And again repeat step 1 and hope problem will be vanish.
After that if you are still having problems try to download this because it is a perfect installer for Ubi Game Launcher should repair your issue. Also you can see this video to solve this problem.
