How can I speed DSL connection type internet? I am using reliance netconnect modem. But the modem speed is very low.

DSL offers speeds comparable to broadband, a connection can become sluggish due to a variety of reasons. By investing several minutes, you can increase your DSL Internet connection speed by up to 25 percent.
Step 1: Upgrade your modem. Use the fastest modem you can. The fastest modem you can use will send and receive information at a rate of 56 kilobits per second (Kbps). You won't get a full 56 Kbps speed most of the time, but with a good phone line, you should approach at least 45–50 Kbps.
Step 2: Proper scanning of your computer.
Step 3: Unplug your network connection and reset network.
Step 4: Make sure that your phone line is in good condition. If the telephone wiring in your home or business is old or deteriorating, you might be picking up stray signals or crosstalk from other phone lines. These problems will slow your Internet connection because the modem will have to send the same information over and over until it is transmitted without interruption.
Check your telephone wires to be sure they are not damaged, frayed, or twisted around power or other telephone cables. If you notice snaps in your phones, you might want to contact your phone provider to have them check the lines inside and outside your home to make sure they are in good condition.

You can do increase in the speed using some software. There are many possibilities due to which you DSL speed in not working correctly one of them is your LAN is not good enough to give you the high speed. Another is your line connection is not good and the wire coming to your DSL is not good so the speed is very bad.
You can increase your speed by using some of the software which is easily available on the net.
You can search out the software’s on Google which will help you increase your DSL speed. Before this check out your upload and down speed through speedtest.net on this site you can check out how much speed is of upload and also of download.
If the speed of down is fine then no need of using software’s but if the speed is very low then use software’s to solve this issue.

If it is an ADSL modem then it must support up to 10 MB else you have to change your modem or somehow it might be the modem's setting issue if your modem is supported or it might also be the line quality issue i.e noise ratio, distortion, attenuation etc.
That means there must be any condition either good line or poor line depending on the package.
