Spec Update error: Will somebody inform me that how can I update Specifications? If sure afterward what should I make?

Hello Sue,

How are you ? Hope you are doing well.

I think the error tells what the problem is :

1. The specs can be opened in spec editor , so make sure they are not opened and they are not read only.

2. You can make a force specs update, that may be help you out.

3. If that also fails, then you can copy the new specs and place them in specs folder , that will be a manual work but solve your issue.
