Seemed that you feel bored from not hearing any music from your computer.

You see, I can help you by giving some steps that may enable the sound on your computer or even the software that you are trying to play the music may cause some problem too. Let me answer you in all the possible ways.

First let’s make sure whether the Software that used to play the audio of video is making the problem.

First I advise you to go ahead and try to open an audio or video file on some other software’s, than the one you are using now. If you are able to hear any sound, then there may be some problem with the software, where you need to remove it completely and reinstall it.

If still not played even after trying with the new software, then we need to check out the driver. To check it out go to Device manager and select audio device. And go into the properties of audio devices. If you find the Audio Device Detected in it then go ahead and update the drivers by entering into the driver’s section select update driver.

Internet is needed to search and download the driver. After updating the driver try to restart the computer and allow it to load fully. Once when it is loaded fully, check for sound. If yes, then we may conclude that the driver has been the problem.

Try to connect the external Speakers to check whether the Speaker has gone bad. If an external speaker is able to play then, there is some problem in the speaker. Take it to a reliable Technician who’s qualified to provide you hardware support.

Also check on the Control Panel on whether the Audio card is enabled.
