I having issues with my new speaker. I bought a new Pure Jongo S3. Every time I turn on my laptop everything seems to be fine. After few minutes close to an hour, it will just lose sound. Totally dark now sound coming at all but my laptop is still on. What could be causing this issue? Either USB or wireless connection it shouldn’t turn off right? Can you show me how to fix this problem? What are the steps I need to do to resolve this issue?
