Hi there,

I subscribed to a game so I can receive the newsletter. One of this newsletter came with an update and when I tried to make an update this error with Can’t upgrade appeared and I need to verify the subscription. Can anyone help me to fix this error ? why my subscription is not valid ?

This error is most likely caused by a glitch between the app, phone and server which verifies subscriptions. To try and fix this, do the following steps:

1. Unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the newsletter.

2. Uninstall and then reinstall the app.

3. Try clearing your phone's cache.

4. See if the error appears on another device.

If none of the above steps work, then it's in all likelihood a problem with the server which verifies subscriptions. As such, there is very little a user can do.
