When I try to sign in to my account in Sony Play Station 4, it is showing me error code E-82F001F8 and says "An error occured". What could be the problem with it. Is there some network issue or some issue with the System Software or is it some hardware issue with PS4? Please suggest the fix.

It is obviously an error either on the part of the server or in your internet connection. Since you are logging in to your account from a remote computer via the internet, check if there is no problem with your internet connection. Try opening other websites on the same web browser then see what happens.
If there is a problem with your internet connection, it should be fixed first. If you are connecting to your account during peak hours or during night time where mostly there is heavy traffic, try signing in again during off-peak hours or during day time. This way you can be assured of a good connection.
If you still have a problem with your connection, you should contact your Internet Service Provider to fix the problem. In case the problem is not with your connection, try signing in to your account after several hours. It could be a problem with the server. It should be fixed after a while.
You can also contact customer support in case the problem is already long. This way you will know if there is a problem with your account so they can fix it.
