Song length shows zero when trying to play on phone

Hi there,

I have this error when I try to play my new songs on the phone. The songs sound great on PC but I can’t listen them on my phone. Does anyone have any idea about this error? What is the problem? What should I do?

Can’t play this audio, the length is zero.

Song length shows zero when trying to play on phone

Hello Susan,

This can be caused because of several issues-

1.   Could be Syncing issue

Solution – This is to be solved by resync, that is Remove song and add back

Steps

A/ Simply plug your phone and launch iTunes

B/ Go to the Music tab and UNCHECK “Sync Music” at the top, then click Sync or Apply at the bottom

C/ After the phone is synced, CHECK “Sync Music” at the top (it may already be checked, but you’ll notice any music you’d previously selected to be added to your phone is no longer selected)

D/Select the music you want added to your phone, then click Sync at the bottom.

2.   Could be unsupported format

Solution – please check format support

3.   Could be transfer issue

Solution -May be some header bytes are missing, this can be sorted out by recopying
