If I intend to save/copy my outlook.pst file to another location, the error “Error 0x80070021 Method | Method} can not copy the file because another process has cached some of the file”. How can I unlock it, so I back up?

Use a clean boot to start Windows with a minimal number of processes running, and then try to copy. This message is displayed when Outlook is running or when a desktop search program divides the file or when an antivirus program scans it. Some cloud backup programs might still do it. Holding the Shift key while Windows starts can prevent programs running at startup.
