hey! There is no need to panic. This error mostly occurs in Dell laptops but has a very easy solution to it. You just need to update your BIOS to the latest version available. To do so, follow these simple steps:

  • Open Dell splash screen and press F2 (This will boot in BIOS).
  • Click on Drives.
  • Select SATA operations.
  • Replace RAID Autodetect /AHCI by RAID Autodetect/ATA.
  • After exiting restart your system and reinstall.
