Solve Ebenefits Internal Server Error

I am trying to login in Ebenefits. But it shows me an error message saying – Error 500 — internal server error. It is going on since last months. I have also tried contacting the Ebenefits help desk, but I got no solution. Did anyone else face the same problem?

This issue can be fixed by reinstalling your browser. Avoid using Firefox as it has some firewall rules which can cause a problem. Make sure ‘HTTPS’ is not in your address bar, it should not contain ‘S’ and try resetting your password.
