Seekportal.com virus is a very dangerous malicious browser hijacker virus. To get rid of seeportal.com virus first you need to start your computer in Safe Mode With Networking. To start your PC in Safe Mode tap F8 button repeatedly while starting windows and select Safe Mode With Networking option. Then run the Sheild Protector 2012 Removal Tool or follow the manual removal process.

Just remove your cookies from your browser folder. You have not mentioned that which browser you are using. No problem I am giving solution for every popular browser. Actually this virus uses your cookies so you should delete cookies.
Follow these instructions –
Google Chrome:
Follow this directory – Tools > Options > Under the Bonnet > Privacy > Clear browsing data (Button)
Then just select “Delete cookies and other site data” to delete all cookies from the browser folder list.
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer window
Tools > safety > delete browsing history
Check the “cookies” box and click on “delete”
Mozilla Firefox:
Click on Tools > Options >Privacy
Then Click on “Remove individual cookies”
From Cookies panel, click on “Show Cookies”
If you want to delete one by one then click on “Remove Cookie button”
To remove all cookies just click on the “Remove All Cookies button”
2. To remove all add-ons and extensions just follows the instruction which is given below-
Google Chrome: Wrench Icon > Tools > Extensions
Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Add-ons (Ctrl+Shift+A)
Internet Explorer: Tools > Manage Add-ons
3. Show hidden files and folders.
Start button > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options.
Then click on the “View” tab.
Find below of “Advanced settings” just click on “Show hidden files and folders”
After that uncheck this “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)”
At last click on OK button.
