Solution for wireless console utility win 7 ?

Hi Experts,

I am seeking a solution for wireless console utility win 7.Now I have encountered a serious issue with wireless console it get stuck when I open it.Sometimes it automatically get shut down.Can anyone solve this issue providing suggestions.Thanks.

Solution for wireless console utility win 7 ?

Hi Zenith,

I think you should update your wireless console utility software driver.

As you are using windows 7, enabling the automatic update of Win 7 may be helpful to update your software.

You can also manually download the updated software from the Internet and install the updated software.

Hi Zenith,

 I think I can help you in this topic, you mentioned that your utility sometimes get stuck in middle of somewhere and becomes unresponsive.

I will suggest to perform following things which will help you to solve your problem:

1] Make sure  your  utility driver is updated.

2] Check whether your Wi-Fi drivers are up to date.

3] Try reinstalling utility software
