I am seeking a solution for wireless console utility win 7.Now I have encountered a serious issue with wireless console it get stuck when I open it.Sometimes it automatically get shut down.Can anyone solve this issue providing suggestions.Thanks.

I think you should update your wireless console utility software driver.
As you are using windows 7, enabling the automatic update of Win 7 may be helpful to update your software.
You can also manually download the updated software from the Internet and install the updated software.
